Ecuador Show

I am very fortunate to be involved in many shows these upcoming months.

This past July I took an amazing trip to Ecuador & the Galapagos Islands with MassArt's Art Education MAT program. It was an incredible experience. 

Oct. 31- Nov 11 we will be displaying work inspired by our experiences in the Arnheim Gallery.

Nov 2,  5-6 pm will be the opening reception as well as an Artist Talk

New video/sound piece

Here are a couple of experimental video pieces I made recently. The first one: "Ashes to Ashes, Funk to Funky" is an homage to some of my favorite artists.

Trying new things

Oy it's been a little while since I've updated...

So sorry.

I recently started a new studio class (as apart of my degree) which is forcing me to push limits and try new things.

Here's some new work a little different from my usual.

I've been primarily working on altering found materials.

Art Trade and pixilation

Unfortunately this isn't the most fruitful of sketchblog updates.

But it does include 1 new drawing and 1 new pixilation..

This drawing was done as an 'Art Trade' with my friend Fish McGill

So last night I taught a basic pixilation workshop at the Boston Center for the Arts.

I've been bad and haven't been updating this blog nearly enough.

Partially because our scanner broke..

So unfortunately...most of these are photos of my work instead of beautiful crisp scans.

Things have been fairly exciting this past year, so I felt it was time to update and share.
